• Secure ski locker room with assigned unit lockers for ski and snowboard storage on the first floor.

• Non-secure wall mount ski and snowboard racks in the lobby vestibule.
   
• Bike racks are available in the garage. Bike owners are
  responsible for provide a lock and tag bikes for identification.   

• Hot Tubs with a handicap lift, on the first floor outside on the back patio.

• Laundry facility with two washer/dryers, are on the first and third floor.

• Deck and picnic table are located in the rear yard of the Building.
